Highly recommend OnCall Sewer and Drain if you are looking for a fast and reliable plumbing company. They arrived same day for a plumbing emergency, explained the issue and we agreed on pricing upfront. 10/10 experience!

I highly recommend On Call Sewer and Drain if you’re looking for a reliable plumber in Bergen County, NJ. I recently had them replace my water heater, and I couldn’t be happier with the service.

The team arrived on time, was professional and knowledgeable, and explained the water heater replacement process clearly. They completed the job efficiently and made sure everything was working properly before they left. They also cleaned up the area afterward, which I really appreciated.

It’s not always easy to find a trustworthy plumber in Bergen County, but On Call Sewer and Drain definitely exceeded my expectations. If you need a water heater replacement or any plumbing service in Bergen County, I highly recommend giving them a call!

First time using this company, and I must say, I am highly impressed of the professionalism knowledge and qualifications of the gentleman Ray that came out here. I am a maintenance director in a healthcare facility and we had an emergency situation with a main drain clog everybody from the front desk receptionist to the tech that came out were phenomenal. They gave great Customer Care great customer service. They understood the urgency and got here as soon as possible in a more than reasonable amount of time. I highly recommend this company.

These guys are absolutely amazing top-notch service and beat out everybody’s prices that I called. My house in Fairfield was backed up ever since I got it. I went through two camera inspections, and nobody was able to find the root cause, these guys found it and took care of it. Very professional very fast working, Big thank you and shout out to them. Would 100% recommend!
